Last Thursday Both Domhnaigh Minors had a good win over Cookstown. They are now in the League semi – final against Aghyaran. A date has not been set as yet. Training for the U 16s began last week. They have a challenge game this Thursday. All players should be in the Club rooms in Gortin for 7 pm. Keep up to date with training times on the website – Gortin GAA Youth Training continues on Fridays from 6:30 pm. This is a special training session with the Chairman of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council coming to officially open the new training area. All youth members, parents, coaches and committee members are encouraged to show support and help us say Thank You to the council for their grant aid and to our volunteers who helped create this new space. There will be refreshments afterwards in the Club rooms. The U12s next game is away to Kileeshil on Wednesday 1 July. Bingo as usual every Saturday night. Last week’s lotto numbers were 9, 10, 14, 23 and 30. Three people had 4 numbers and shared £100. The Jackpot is £10,000 and the Reserve has reached £9,700. The workers for the next 2 weeks are Bingo:- Ciaran Mc Garvey, Checkers:- Gerard Thompson & Mickey Mossey and Lotto:- Anne Marie , Peter Keenan & Marian Thompson. Whistlin’ Donkeys are coming to Gortin on 10 July. Tickets are now on sale from Gabriel, Anne Marie or from any of the players. £10/ ticket or £12 at the door.
