Both Domhnaigh Minors play Aghyaran in the League semi- final this Thursday in Urney @ 7:30pm. The U16s began their season away to Strabane on Monday night and were defeated 1-12 to 3-14. Our U12s are away to Urney on Wednesday and away to Augher next Wednesday 8 July @7:15pm. There will be no underage training this Friday due to Blessing of the Graves in Rouskey. The Seniors & Reserves play host to Cookstown on Sunday with the usual throw in times of 2:15 and 3:45pm. All members should be there to support our teams. Bingo as usual on Saturday night. The Chairman of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Thomas O’Reilly conducted the Official Opening of a new training area at An Goirtín Naomh Pádraig last Friday. The project provides an extension to our training facilities and involved re-claiming a section of unused ground to create a small training field and adding a shelter at the training pitch. The new facilities not only provide a pre-match warm up area, but also create much needed additional capacity for the 150 Youth Members to train and play. Thanks to all those who helped in the background to facilitate this event. Tickets are now on sale in Mc Swiggan’s Costcutter , Treanor’s Butchers, An Bosca Ceoil, Mc Guigan’s , the Chippy and from the players for Whistlin’ Donkeys who are in Gortin on Friday 10 July.
