Background 


 


Dalradian Gold Limited (DGL) is seeking a stud
ent for a Summer Internship 
to assist the 
company with various tasks as it 
commences work at its Curraghinalt project. The post, which is 
remunerated, would ideally suit a final year A
-
level student. 
Good knowledge of the local area 
where the Curraghinalt project is located is also essential. 
The post will be split between the 
c
ompany’s Gortin and Omagh offices. 


 


Duties 


 


. Assisting the community relations team with a variety of tasks 
. Data entry and updating of the company’s safety training database, training and other 
databases 
. Assistance with organising, filing, labelling and storing maps pertaining to the project 
. Scanning and organisation of historic assay sheets 
. Administration assistance to include preparing for meetings, including public and 
community meetings 
. Providing cover for the office administrator when she is not available 


 

Essential Criteria 

 

. A-Level geography or associated subject (attained or to be attained in August 2014) 
. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc 
. Able to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team 
. Previous community and/or voluntary work experience 
. Good knowledge of the local area and issues 
. Driving licence and access to own transport
