Please find enclosed a flyer and registration form for the forthcoming education awareness evening in relation to children with Asthma Epilepsy or Diabetes.  You may be aware of children associated with your club with one of these conditions and if you do not then you most certainly will in the future.

This evening was provided in Enniskillen in September and was largely attended by GAA clubs in Fermanagh.  Feedback from the night was extremely positive and we were asked to repeat this in Omagh.  I have been in contact with GAA, IFA, Ulster Rugby, Ulster Hockey and a number of other sporting bodies all of whom have shown an interest.  We are writing to all the sports clubs that we can get contact details for from the governing bodies.  This awareness evening will provide your coaches with the opportunity to receive up to date advice and information on these childhood conditions and the management of them during sport and physical activity.

This will have no cost for your club except a few hours of your time.  If your club is involved with children under the age of 16 years we would like to invite all those involved in coaching or managing these children.
