The Badoney ( Gortin & Glenelly) U14 team had their first outing on Sunday against Donaghmore. Training continues on Tuesday evening at 6.30pm in Gortin. The U14s play Carrickmore on Saturday. Arrangements will given out at training. Next Saturday 28 February they have a final game against Claudy Co Derry before the beginning of the league. They begin their league campaign on Saturday 7 March with a home game against Kildress. Venue to be confirmed next week. The Badoney minor team continue their preparations for the start of the league with two games this week against Cappagh and Donaghmore. Arrangements for both games will again by relayed at training. The Minor League begins for Badoney with an away game against Owen Roes on Sunday 1 March. Venue to be confirmed next week. Training for the minor team next week will be in Plumbridge on Monday evening at 8pm. Our Club Mass will also be held in Rouskey followed by Big Breakfast in the Community Centre, Gortin on Sunday 1 March. Membership will be collected that morning. This year’s rates are £25 for Adult, £15 for Student and £5 for U16. We also are offering the same package as last year- Pay 2 lines of lotto either by direct debit monthly or £100 for the Annual lotto and get free membership.The workers for his week are:- Bingo- Pádraig Mc Connell, Checkers- Sean Mc Crory & John Morris, Lotto- Gabriel, Brónach Scallon & Ruairí O’ Neill. Last week’s lotto numbers were 5, 8, 12, 13 and 30. John Mc Gillion had 4 numbers and won £100. The Jackpot remains at £10,000 and the Reserve is currently £8,800.
