Registration for the Charity cycle will take place this Friday in the Owenkillew Community Centre, Gortin @ 7pm. Registration is £20 and U16s are free. This year there is a “mate rate” which is 2 for £30 if your friend did not register in 2012. All participants get the jersey free if they raise the minimum sponsorship which, for 2013, is £60 and £30 for U16s. Prizes for the top sponsorship include bikes sponsored by Caldwell Motors for the U 16s. The new look Bingo is going well and will continue to do so if we have the numbers each week. If you do not already play come along and bring a friend for a chance to win £20/ line and £50/house with the 4th and 10th house paying out £100. The workers for this week are :- Bingo- Peter O’ Neill, Checkers- Paul Hollywood and Mickey Mossey (snr) Lotto:- Rosaleen Keenan, Patrick Brolly and Dearbhlá Mc Donald and Chairs: Michael Mossey and Niall Mc Ginn. If anyone is unable to attend please arrange to have a replacement worker. Last week’s lotto numbers were 10, 11, 16, 21 and 24. M Daly and PA Keenan had 4 numbers and shared £100. The Jackpot remains at £10,000 and the Reserve is currently at £3,450. Tickets are available from all the usual outlets and payment can also be made by direct debit from the Bank so that you never miss the chance to win the Jackpot. We are currently enlisting help for the new season. Strength and Conditioning training continues this week for the Youth from 7-8pm on Wednesday evening and from 8-9 for all other players. Gaelic start will revert back to Tuesday evenings from next Tuesday 12 February@ 7pm in the Community Centre. All P1 – P4 Children are encouraged to attend.
